Every morning following my daily yoga practice, I put on music before beginning to write or read. I’ve recognized over the last week how much joy and serenity this music brings me. I don’t have to do anything; just sit and listen, and I feel such a sense of peace. I would encourage each and everyone of you to try this. One song that I connect with greatly is “Amen” by Sirgun Kaur. I can’t express how worth the 4 1/2 minutes you’ll spend listening to this will be. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and simply listen to the sweet sounds and meaning of the words. I wish for you true peace today. Sat nam!
