This is one of my all around favorite week-night recipes. We make it just about every other week. It completely satisfies the desire for Asian-inspired cuisine, but also feels super light and healthy. Best of all it’s simple!
You’ll see below that you have two options – if you prefer the meal in a bowl over a wrap, go that route. I tend to like the bowl with chopped romaine on the bottom. My husband, on the other hand, loves a wrap. Pick your fancy 🙂
